Non-writers think that writers have an easy job. They think that we can create characters and they'll do whatever we want them to do, when that couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, we create such realistic characters that they tend to have a mind of their own. We might want them to go slay the dragon, but they will go and storm the castle first because the love of their life is inside.

In short, writers are only right when the character says they are. No ifs, ands, or buts about it ;)

Normally I don't do these kind of contests, but this one intrigued me. How could I miss the opportunity to create my own writer's shirt? :D There are so few of them already!

Anyways, here's my entry. Please vote if you like it!

EDIT - Though the contest is long over, I still love this design. Would any of you guys be interested if I made this shirt available somewhere for sale?
